Package-level declarations

The SessionProvider for an application that runs its own transactions: the outermost operation on a thread borrows a session from dataSource, binds it to the thread, and gives it back when it returns.

Decides which session an operation runs on. Queries, builders and plans run through execute and never obtain a session themselves, so the same code runs on a pool or under a transaction manager that owns the connection. DefaultSessionProvider binds the session to the thread.
