defaultOidForClass

The OID a value of kClass would be declared as, worked out from the class alone - for a container whose elements are not there to ask, such as an empty range or array.

The converter that would claim the class names its type first, so a registered enum or composite answers with its own; failing that, the codec registered as the default for the class does.
