PgInputStream
A highly optimized, buffered input stream tailored for the PostgreSQL wire protocol.
It provides specialized methods for efficiently reading protocol primitives like bytes, integers, shorts, and null-terminated C-style strings. Internal buffering is used to minimize network reads and object allocations.
